KUNDALINI KRIYA YOGA
Kundalini Kriya yoga is the sacred science of the self which evolves our consciousness and disperses negative Karma. Kundalini or Shakti energy is our soul potential and a form of intensified prana which lies as light, sound vibrations at the base of our spine. It is awakened by scientific Kriya yoga procedures which raise this energy up the spine piercing each chakra until we experience self-realization. Kundalini Kriya yoga burns toxins in the body and gives one a peaceful mind. It is a form of life-force spinal breathing and the upward fl ow of Prana expands soul consciousness and the downward flow of Apana dissolves negative karma. Free-weights are a very important part of my wellness course because as we become older our body loses muscle mass and therefore the body does not work correctly and skin becomes lose.
